2. Age Verification for Knife Sets
Orders containing knife sets may require age verification upon delivery. Recipient must be over 18 and may need to provide valid photographic ID.

Knives: Packaged securely in boxes or clamshell packaging with blade guards. Gift boxes available for sets.

Cutting Boards: Boxed with protective padding; larger boards in flat-pack boxes.

Spice Jars: Individually wrapped with bubble wrap, foam padding, in sturdy boxes marked "Fragile."
6. Damage Claims
Inspect external box for damage upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos before opening. For concealed damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.
7. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
