Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items

Used items: Any knife, cutting board, or spice jar that has been used, shows signs of wear, or has been exposed to food/water.

Hygiene items: Spice jars that have been opened or used for food storage.

Opened sets: Sets where individual pieces are missing or packaging has been opened.

Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
Age-Restricted Items
Knife sets contain bladed items and are not for sale to persons under 18 years of age. By purchasing, you confirm you are over 18. Age verification may be required upon delivery.
Return Process

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all protective materials.

Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured shipping.

A 10-15% restocking fee may apply to accepted returns of sets.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt/inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. For knives, do not attempt to use if damaged. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
